Looking to generate brand exposure and create goodwill among prospective customers? You have come to the right place.
Most of us know great content when we see it, but it can be difficult to envision what our process really looks like if we have not thought about it. That is why we decided to share 30 seconds worth of great content… on great content generation. Enjoy!
1) Research Your Content
Before you even think about writing, take the time to gather valuable and interesting information on the subject. In many cases, you are covering a topic that has been covered before, so do your best to find information that will allow you to provide fresh insight.
2) Trigger Interest
The key is to create content that triggers interest. Research has shown that content that is unusual, outrageous, funny, remarkable, or secretive usually generates the most interest. Content that creates a form of high emotional arousal also have a tendency to go viral. Examples of this include emotions of awe, anger, surprise, anxiety, fear, joy, and lust.
3) Create Your Content
Content creation is a topic in itself, but actually writing your content should seem like much less of a burden if you use our two previous steps. By the time you start writing, you should have all the information you need, and know what kind of approach you will take to trigger interest.
Needless to say, this content creation process is extremely brief, and there is much more to it. With that said, we would love to hear what you think! What information would you share on the content creation process if you only had 30 seconds?
